Three board members work in Valmiera on a daily basis:
- President Mr Andris Oskars Brutāns is in charge of production and development,
- Vice-President Mr Andre Schwiontek works with customers, supervises sales and marketing,
- Financial Director Mr Dainis Šēnbergs is in charge of financial issues, accounting, and personnel.
The other four board members Mr Wilfried Queißer, Mr Stefan Jugel, Mr Karl-Heinz Will un Mr Friedhelm Schwender are managers of German glass fibre companies and specialists each in his field.
They support operations at JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra with word and deed from a distance.
Six times a year the Board of Directors gathers to
- discuss and analyse results,
- determine future goals, and
- decide on subsequent tactical actions.
